Delivery Information

After placing your order, we try to get your items out within 24 hours after payment was received. In some instances this might be 48h.

We generally use Courier Post, and sometimes Fastway. Depending on the product used, the estimated delivery time for South Island is 1 day, and about 3 days for North Island. Allow an extra 1-2 days for RD (Rural Delivery). If you want an overnight delivery to the NI, please contact us for a quote.

When your order is over $600, a discounted shipping rate applies.
