We back all of our products with a money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with this product for any reason, HoofStore.co.nz will gladly refund your purchase price (excluding shipping & handling, and transaction fees) within 30 days of purchase. To qualify all products must be returned to place of purchase and have a dated receipt. Offer not valid for Bargain bin, clearance specials, factory seconds, second-hand boots, custom boot purchases, or seminars.

HoofStore.co.nz - Warranty and Product Return Policy

HoofStore.co.nz offers a 90 day ( from date of purchase ) repair or replacement guarantee on quality and workmanship for all new merchandise in the store. Please keep your original proof of purchase documents during the warranty period. While this guarantee is generally very broad in nature, it does not cover normal wear, misuse or abuse. Products returned for evaluation must be washed clean and free of debris, dirt, sand and manure. Failure to return clean product will result in product (s) being shipped back at sender’s expense or a $10.00 cleaning fee will be applied. Damage inflicted by omnivorous horses, rodents or other unusual abuse is not covered. Returns must be authorised before sending and must be returned with a copy of the purchase receipt.

If you have purchased a Horse Boot product, and your boot fails during warranty, it is generally a minor hardware issue. Please bear in mind, that most components of any of our hoof boots are either replaceable or repairable. This includes wire laces, cables, buckles, gears, rollers, screws and straps. Many repairs can be easily accomplished with simple household tools. Depending on the individual circumstances, HoofStore.co.nz  will either provide the repair parts for your use, or ask that you return the boots to us for evaluation. We will then repair or replace at our discretion.

Therapy boots (EasySoakers, Easyboot Transition and RX boots) are not intended for riding. Resulting breakage is not covered under this warranty.

Wearing a hoof boot over shoes will void the warranty but can be done at your discretion


  1. When trying on new boots, just try one boot on both hooves. Ensure it is done on a clean surface with clean hooves. We cannot exchange marked or dirty boots.

  2. Returns for credit only (refund of purchase price only): Products must be in new, unused condition, free of dirt and wear marks. It is your responsibility to evaluate the fit of your new product in a manner where you may return it in new condition if you have doubts about the fit. Be certain that you know the return policy of product purchased from dealers other than direct from HoofStore.co.nz. HoofStore.co.nz will not give credit for products purchased elsewhere. Return to point of purchase in that circumstance. Also, all brochures, inserts and/or free gifts must accompany returned items.

  3. Exchanges of new product (size or colour issue): HoofStore.co.nz will only exchange NEW items with same product style and model. for same product when requested with NEW items only. You may exchange for a different size or colour only, no exceptions. If you wish to have a different style of horse boot, etc., you must return new item for refund (original point of purchase) and then purchase your new choice.

  4. Warranty failure (used product that is within 90 days of purchase): Contact us at 03-6690310. HoofStore.co.nz will either provide repair parts directly to you, or repair/replace after our evaluation. Items must be returned to HoofStore.co.nz at the consumers cost with original receipt. HoofStore.co.nz will return the items via ground service (NZ Post) free of charge. Requests for faster shipping service will be at the expense of the consumer, in full.

  5. Not under warranty (over 90 days or no proof of purchase): Repair parts may be purchased from HoofStore.co.nz or your local hoof boot fitter, or product may be returned for evaluation and possible repair (parts, labour and freight charges will apply).

  6. Returns must be authorised before sending and must be returned with proof of purchase. Accepted proof of purchase is either the order number or invoice number Please use the link below to initiate your return.

  7. Freight charges (outside warranty period): Freight charges to and from HoofStore.co.nz for repairs, exchanges and items outside the warranty period will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

2nd Hand Items and Custom-made boots

All 2nd hand items and custom-made boots are sold on an "as is where is" basis and are excluded from refunds and warranties. Please ensure you a clear on what you are buying. If not, feel free to ask.


Unless stated otherwise, payments for a seminar are fully refunded (minus transaction fees) if you cancel your participation with the request of a refund up to 4 (four) calendar weeks prior to the actual seminar. Up to 2 (two) calendar weeks prior to the seminar, we only refund 50% of the fees paid less any transaction fees should they apply. After that, no refunds will be made. In case you cannot attend the seminar and the cancellation period has passed, you have the option to attend another seminar within 12 months. Should that not be possible, we consider offering you a 6 months store credit with HoofStore.co.nz. If there are medical reasons preventing you from attending the seminar, then a doctor's certificate stating that you are unfit to attend the seminar, needs to be presented to HoofStore.co.nz no later than 5 (five) calendar days after the seminar completion, a 50% refund (less any transaction fees should they apply) may be considered as an alternative to the above mentioned options.

In case either HoofStore.co.nz or IBEM Ltd. need to cancel the seminar, we will try to inform you as soon as we have that information. In that case we give you some options: 1) we will offer a full refund (minus transaction fees) of  the seminar fee that you paid, 2) you can use the fee towards a future seminar in the next 12 months, or 3) get a 6 months store credit with HoofStore.co.nz. However, we will not be liable for any other cost that you may have or will incur, e.g. accommodation, travel charges, leave taken, child care, etc.


Once you sign up, a separate Terms and Conditions document will be sent out for you to complete. This will be specific for the course you sign up.
