In order to have efficient online coaching, it usually is required to establish and/or refresh some fundamental concepts. This purchase gives you access to a series of modules, which intend to do that.

The modules come with video presentations and some finish with a short self-test to ensure you have captured the relevant information.

Once you have worked through the modules, and completed the quizes, we should have a great foundation to do further development on our video calls.
